Last year I was introduced to an absolute powerhouse of a woman who inspired me to challenge my ideas of what a healthy lifestyle meant for me and my family. I have met more amazing men and women along the way, at events here in the UK and abroad, and through endless social media groups and events.

I have always battled anxiety but with the support of my team I have been able to face it head on whilst still building my business - no sick days here!
